Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of digital website templates from omrbmn (omrbmn.com), operated by Omer Bumin, Istanbul, Türkiye. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
Digital website templates — self-contained HTML files (including their CSS and JavaScript), delivered as an instant download. These are digital goods; no physical product is shipped.
2. License
When you buy a template, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to:
- Use the template for your own website(s); and
- Use it to build and deliver websites for unlimited paying clients.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the template files available as a template, theme, or download (whether free or paid). Copyright in the templates remains with omrbmn.
3. Payment & delivery
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (card — acting as merchant of record) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). After successful payment you receive an instant download, plus an email with your download link and receipt.
4. Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final. If a file is faulty, not as described, or you didn't receive it, please contact us — see our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the templates for unlawful purposes or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The templates are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the templates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
